Stage-1 upgrade replaces the cast compressor wheel with a taller, thinner blade billet compressor wheel. This billet wheel upgrade is available in a 6×6 blade configuration and typically adds 12-15% increase in flow.

The turbine housing is also available in a crack resistant Ni22% casting.

Stage-2 is one of the most popular upgrades for an EVO turbocharger. We machine the compressor housing to fit a 20G compressor wheel available in full 11-blade, 7×7, and 6×6 blade configuration to meet your specific goals.

11-blade tends to make better peak torque and good mid-range power whereas the 6×6 blade wheel will be better for top-end HP/TQ. The 7×7 blade has proven itself to be best of both worlds.

We recommend upgrading the turbine shaft to a TD06-SL2 or clipping the factory TD05HR shaft for increased turbocharger output.

The turbine housing is also available in a crack resistant Ni22% casting.

-Stage 3 Upgrade

Stage-3 compressor wheel is too large to work with the OEM turbine shaft so we pair this with either the TD06SL2 turbine wheel or the larger TD06H4-R wheel. Tell us your specific goals and we will point you in the right direction.

The compressor wheel is a billet 7×7 blade configuration to help spool-up but also make great mid-range and top-end HP. This is the same compressor wheel used on the MAP EF3.

The turbine housing is also available in a crack resistant Ni22% casting.

This compressor wheel is a billet 7×7 blade configuration to help spool-up but also make great mid-range and top-end HP. This is a similar wheel to the FP Red and MAP EF3 but has a larger Exducer to help make more HP.

The turbine housing is also available in a crack resistant Ni22% casting.

-Stage 4 upgrade

Stage-5 turbo upgrade is the largest upgrade we offer and is similar in size to a 25G. After testing the wheel it was apparent that this upgrade should only be available in a billet 7×7 blade design with the TD06H4-R turbine wheel. The turbine housing will be replaced with a new upgrade unit.
